CompetitionStyle products are made on demand. We do not manufacture the underlying item – such as a cap or a shirt. However, the sourcing of the item, the printing, the embroidery, cutting and sewing, and quality assurance are executed upon your order to your specifications. This permits CompetitionStyle to focus on design and to support the wide range of exciting sports played by our customers.
CompetitionStyle does all of its custom printing and embroidery in the USA.
The underlying item itself – a hat or shirt, for example – may be manufactured inside or outside of the US. Similarly, products that need to be cut and sewn may be assembled inside or outside of the US. When making sourcing decisions, we first focus on quality. Then, we choose the US option if available.
If a US option is not available, our preference is for sourcing products from democratic countries and our neighbors in the western hemisphere.
We work with the premier, US-based, on-demand production company with additional production and fulfillment worldwide. We specify US production. During supply chain disruptions or periods of peak demand, we may make exceptions to ensure prompt delivery.

On-demand production allows us to offer the breadth of products, designs, colors, sizes, and personalization that we do. It works like this.
When you purchase your item, we transmit your exact specifications to our production partner. They will obtain the underlying item or materials that we specify and then print, embroider, or even cut and sew your chosen design at that moment. After quality control, the item is packaged and shipped as you directed.
This is very different from picking pre-packed, bulk-manufactured items from inventory in a warehouse.

The answer is that we keep no inventory – zero. Instead we use the latest in printing and embroidering technology plus advanced logistics to produce each order on demand to your specifications. You get exactly what you want, and CompetitionStyle stays focused on new designs and new product categories to delight you for your next purchase.
To provide this rich assortment and fair pricing, we keep our own overhead razor thin. So take an extra moment to review your order – particularly size and color – to ensure it is just the way you want it. We’ll concentrate on style, quality and delivery.
CompetitionStyle is a US brand serving US customers with on-demand products. Your order is first “fulfilled” — produced, quality checked, packaged, and shipped, and then, second, “delivered” through familiar, trackable, delivery services such as the US postal service.
The time for those two steps depends on the products ordered. You can see an estimate for each product in the Description tab on each product page.
For example, for one of our popular t-shirts the time is 2-5 days for fulfillment and 5-8 days for the delivery service. So theoretically 7-13 days from order to arrival. There is a great effort to perform at the low end of this range.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Track the package. Check your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link for delivery status. If a carrier is not able to deliver a package, it is most often because of an address that is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.
● Confirm the destination address. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If the delivery status indicates the package was delivered and the address is correct, then the next step is to make sure that it was not held at the post office or left with a neighbor.
– Check your post office. Ask your local post office if the package has been held for later delivery.
– Check with your neighbors. Ask your neighbors if the courier may have left the package with them.

Note that claims for goods lost in transit must be submitted within 28 days of the estimated delivery date.
