Because each product is produced on-demand specifically for your order, CompetitionStyle does not restock or resell any returned merchandise. Please take extra care in making your size and color selections. A size guide and accurate color mockups are provided on each product page to aid in your selection.

Note that we are contractually obligated by our production and fulfillment partners to notify them of fulfillment errors or damage within seven days of delivery. In turn, we require that you notify us regarding fulfillment errors within seven days of delivery in order to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Note also that we do not accept returns of used merchandise or items damaged by the customer.
Every item offered by CompetitionStyle is created on-demand for you to your specifications. We do not keep any inventory. Thus we are not able to exchange items. You may, however, return your item for store credit, which may then be used toward the purchase of any other item with the exception of gift cards.

Items exchanged for store credit must be new and unused, with original tags. You must include a copy of the original invoice with the order number (sent to the purchaser by email at the time of purchase) in your return package. Store credit will be issued to the account of the original purchaser.
You are responsible for shipping the exchange package. It must be postmarked within 20 days of the date of initial delivery to you. Items must be shipped via United States Postal Service trackable method such as Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. You may want to insure expensive items.
CompetitionStyle will destroy, donate, or otherwise dispose of items returned for exchange. We will not resell any returned item.

If exchanged items are not in new and unused condition with original tags when received by CompetitionStyle or the item is postmarked later than 20 days from date of delivery, the item will not receive store credit. We do not provide return shipping for such items. As with other items returned to CompetitionStyle, these will be destroyed, donated, or otherwise disposed of.
Store Credit is a currency that you may use in the purchase of CompetitionStyle products.
You may be issued Store Credit in various ways.
You may review your Store Credit balance by selecting My Account in the site’s navigation bar. You should then select the Store Credits tab.
Store Credit may be applied to a purchase at the time of purchase on the Checkout page.
Simply choose to apply Store Credits, and select the amount from your available balance. (If your available balance is zero, the option to apply Store Credits will not be displayed on the Checkout page.)
Be sure to make use of your Store Credit. If your Store Credit account is inactive for five years, the Store Credit will expire. Each time you use Store Credit in a purchase or add additional Store Credit, the period of inactivity will reset and the five-year inactivity countdown will begin anew.
CompetitionStyle Store Credit Terms and Conditions
Store Credit can only be used online at the website.
Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash. CompetitionStyle is not responsible for lost or stolen Store Credit codes.
Store Credit may not be purchased. Store Credit is provided to your account when purchased items have been returned or as a result of certain other activity..
Store Credit may not be used to purchase Gift Cards or Online Certificates.
Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
How to Obtain Your Balance Your balance is listed on the My Account page in the Store Credits section. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
Expiration / Service Fees Store Credit expires after 5 (five) years. We do not assess any service fees for non-use.
Compliance With Laws By receiving or using Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to FisherAtlantic Co., that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
